I think something major might happen by the new
year. Because this is how I live my life, I'm not
sure if it will be bad major or good major.
Even though I'm back to work, I have a lot of spare
time this week, as I always do around this time of year. Part of me wants to
skip out on my responsibilities and go to the Aquaduct "racino"
tomorrow because I hear there is all-you-can-eat dim sum, and I harbor hard-luck fantasies even though I have no experience gambling beyond no-skill slots.
I'm afraid, though, that I could get sucked into a life of Keno and daytime
This story about "voucher vultures," guys
who loiter around the casino cashing in small change on discarded tickets was
more intriguing than cautionary. Who knew you could make upwards of $1,200 per
week in this manner?
And yes, I watched Luck even though I never knew
what was going on, mostly I liked the idea of living in a motel and winning over a poker dealer and having sex in a car.
